We are located 8 minutes from Elm Avenue Park which contains Olympic and L-shaped pools, Splash Islands and a Diving Pool. The park also hosts Picnic Facilities, a Fitness Trail, Tennis & Basketball Courts, Volleyball, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, a Playground and more.

Price Chopper Plaza
Price Chopper Plaza is a 3 minute drive from Meadowbrook Apartments. For those of you new to the area, Price Chopper is one of the largest grocery store chains in the Capital District. The store is open 24 hours, includes a pharmacy, an in-store bank (SEFCU), and a large floral department. The Plaza also contains Empire Vision Center, Wine and Spirits of Slingerlands, Capital Bank, Sake Café (Japanese Restaurant) and other stores. Meadowbrook Apartment Application
 

In order to hold an apartment at Meadowbrook, we ask that you do only 3 things:

  1. Come with a completed Rental Application, filled out and signed by all adult parties that wish to reside in the apartment.
     
  2. Provide the first month's rent to hold the apartment until move in. We accept certified bank checks, money orders and your Visa or MasterCard for payment made out to Meadowbrook Apartments.
     
  3. Provide a non-refundable application fee of $25.00. We accept certified bank checks, money orders and your Visa or MasterCard for this payment made out to Rental Placement, Inc.

We are unable to accept personal checks or cash for payment.

If you are not able to make it to the property during business hours, please fax the application with a completed Credit Card Authorization form to 518-273-1156. Please be sure to call after faxing to ensure our receipt of all necessary documents.

On your move in date, we will ask that you provide a Security Deposit. The amount of the Security Deposit and the first month's rent can be found on the Floor Plans page.
