Snow Removal Policy:
- Should it snow on a weekday, do not move your vehicle until there are cleared spots on the far side of the lot to move to. If it snows on a weekend or holiday the middle of the lots will be cleared that day, however, the vehicles must be moved the next work day.
- If it snows on a weeknight, on a weekend or on a holiday we will plow the middle of the lots but not move vehicles as the lots are full. Vehicles must be moved the following work day by 9 AM. Again, move cars to plowed parking spaces on the far side of the lot (away from the side walk side).
- For safety reasons, use caution when moving your car during a storm and always be aware of the plow truck’s location.
- Do not move your vehicle in advance of a storm unless you will be away. If you are going away during the snow season you must park on the far side of the lot. Please contact the superintendent so arrangements can be made in case of an emergency. Obey all NO PARKING areas and insure that all visitors are properly parked.
- Always clean snow off of your vehicle before you move it.
- Our staff cannot come to get you to move your vehicle. We rely on your cooperation.
Energy Conservation Guidelines:
Your help in conserving energy will help prevent rent increases due to waste.
